The hotel is conveniently located near major highways, restaurants, and shops, offering excellent service and spacious, modern rooms. However, there were some inconveniences that affected the overall stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very large and comfortable, although the toiletries were not restocked as expected. The service was super helpful and sweet, but there were moments where the housekeeping fell short. The location near the Charlotte Motor Speedway was fantastic for our plans, but I wished for more dining options beyond the usual hotel breakfast.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, although the phone was located on the desk and not near the bed. The location was very convenient to the Charlotte Motor Speedway. However, there was no evening manager's reception, which was a bit disappointing.
